Alright, real quick details!

A huge most of the time moles are not cancerous.
If one is suspicious, (grows noticeably, bad color, irregular, hurts/bleeds) ask your doctor, because this one may be.

Cutting a mole will only hurt and bleed a lot. Cutting it DOES NOT give cancer.
Also it may regrow or look uglier than it used to.

Because you could doesn't mean you should, obviously. But the idea that moles are something that will turn bad when cut is a myth. It's your skin with a slight mutation, not a disease sleeping until you mistreat it.
