Hi Shaurya: This video did not help me yet. With the install of MacOS Big Sur, my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus drivers fail and I cannot print. When I download the latest drivers they install 2 parts: HP Easy Scan which installs fine and HP Easy Start which does not install. Now I don't have even the old HP drivers so nothing prints. I installed pacifist but it can not open either the failed hp easy start nor the downloaded easy start download zip file. Should I carry my MAC desktop to the apple store for a fix or can you suggest my next steps? Should I phone apple support. Will they take a charge card forcing me to pay to ask a question? Also note the message I get to download the HP driver is "hpdm.framework" will damage your computer. Another note is that during the HP print driver downloads, they force me to unplug the cable from apple desktop to printer for wifi connected printers. Thank you for trying to help.
