When you create the pattern for the control circuit's at the top right of the crafting grid there is a button to allow substitutions if you turn it on the auto crafting should work

So i am kinda follow your path and trying to build what you build so i learn about the mods in the pack. You went for turbines to create RF. It is 1200 RF per tick. I f i am not wrong, the Gas turbine of Mekanism creates aprox 8.000 RF per tick. Would that not be the best performance route?
ps. you can create an extra item from the wheat. With Foresty it can be crafted and changed to some sort of bio fuel. Looks like an extra way to energy with a rest product.
