The La Masia academy is just insane. They keep producing these unheard of players who rise up so fast. Regardless of what people think of the club, the academy is just better than any other and simply world class.

I think it's not just the fact that the players are talented. It's also the mentality and situation of the club.
There was an era of La Masia that was kind of meh from 2015-2020. The likes of Carles Alena and Riqui Puig were entering into a club that was almost always carried by top players like Iniesta, Busquets, Pique and ofc the MSN. As a result of this two things happened: it was incredibly difficult for these player to break into the team and would often look like they were complacent or slow, because they know their superstars would carry them.
But now there is no MSN, no Iniesta, no Busquets or Pique, so these new academy players are joining with the mentality of wanting to prove they can fill these rolls.
