I really wish this chip had products that are 14" and 16" inch. Never in my life will I buy a 13 inch machine. Everything else about this is beautiful

Still waiting for laptops of higher wattage and better cooling with small enough profile to use this machine. Imagine a Mac or Zephyrus device with this Ryzen chip alone. Golden.

11:20 This could happen because of VRM throttling. Old macbooks (2019 and earlier) had similar problem, where the CPU would throttle even at 60 degrees because VRM had no cooling and was overheating almost instantly. At least it explains why reboots weren't helping and other people had no issues with it - you had power limits maxed out while others would probably run it at balanced with 50-60w power limit

The fact that really annoys me is that they did not renewed the rog Flow x16, that gives you the best of every world (touch, tablet, gaming without too much compromises, portability).
The flow x16 was the final boss of notebooks.

This laptop can run so many VMs. 128GB RAM too. So overkill. This looks like a good option for self-hosting

I just got mine last Friday. It is the perfect form factor for me, as I travel quite a bit for work and my man-cave has been remodelled to serve as my 6 year old kiddo`s bedroom. Finding even a corner to sit down with my 15 inch laptop represents quite the challenge more often than not.
The only issue I have found so far is, when you are on battery and in silent mode, after waking the computer the trackpad is not always working. Other than that, this little beast is a competent work and entertainment system for me. It is definitely not everybody`s cup of tea, but for others it is perfect.

I had the 2022 Asus Z13 and I loved everything about it except for the battery. Having that dedicated GPU in such a small form factor meant it was hard to get a full days use out of it when carrying it around for normal laptop use. I turned on every battery saving trick I could find, turned off the dedicated GPU and took the brightness down as low as I could to still see the screen and it still only got about 5-6 hours in my backpack when pulling it out occasionally to take care of business. I love that they're finally using these AMD APUs and I'm sure that will help with the battery life. I just bought a Zephyrus 14" last year but when it's time to replace it, I may take a look at the Z13 line again. As for the price, wait for a sale. Best Buy has ASUS ROG laptops marked down all the time. My 2022 Z13 was only $1599, $400 off the MSRP at the time.

I'm definitely the target customer for this device due to travelling all the time for weeks on end with limited weight, I was very close to pre ordering one at full price but I could justify the high price. Ended up going for an open box Asus G14 for less than half price and better gaming performance.

Very impressive tablet! Other than the astronomical price, i think cleaning it is another problem. I can’t imagine cooling being good enough after a year when the small fans in this small chassis are clogged by dust

the way that tech is evolving is really interesting and curious to me im not gonna lie

I have noticed the driver issues in multiple reviews in some games where the results are inexplicably lower for some reason. I guess driver improvements will help there ...
