Hi mam how are you.. mam i have questions we have 24 ip cameras and we are going to use outdoor poe switch… my question is we have to use fiber for each camera from cabinet to the site or just one line from poe switch to the main cabinet using by media converter

for a 300 meter run wouldn't be better to use multi mode fiber with a om4 cable( 400 meters max distance), because multimode optical fiber has a large core size and supports more than one light mode, in essence higher data rate
