Mine is a big + in a circle... Not the thing ahe said creates it.
So if anyone's saying they don't have that option look at the bottom of your phone of the YouTube screen and look for that plus sign in a circle.
All the other options she said were available are there when you click that on.

How do u do it without getting copyright claim on shorts when I add music. I am using my iPad and on my screen when I want to use a sound it doesn’t say use a sound like on the phones. Is there any way I don’t get copyright claimed when I want to add music?

This is very helpful but I can't find the create a short button. I can only find that description save to playlist captions not interested don't recommend this channel report and send feedback buttons but I do really need to make a short. Well I would feel better if I made a short and I just want to show my screen recording. In case you're wondering why I'm panicking. Is because I taught everyone that hymenopteria ment stinging insects but it doesn't mean that. It means their wings membranes are looped.

The trick I used…
I went to a random YT short and saved the audio! Then, went to the library section and pressed my saved audio files then there was a create a short button!
