Background

The concert was officially announced on November 30, 2020 on all her social media platforms.
Tickets went on sale to the general public on December 2, 2020. Before then, you needed an access code to pre-order tickets. You received the access code if you have listened to Melanie on Spotify.

The concert is a follow-up to her previous tour, the K-12 Summer Tour, which Melanie cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour marks the final performance of the K-12 and After School era.
Martinez stated during her first Instagram Livestream that the tour would not be acoustic and would feature never-before-see camera angles that fans couldn't see during the Tour.
