Why does Eminem regret dissing Britney Spears? Eminem dissed Britney's music calling it garbage and mocked her singing skills. His daughter Hailie listened to Britney Spears, and Eminem wasn't a fan of that. He recently explained that the reason he always dissed pop stars like Britney is that people were always calling him a pop rapper. Eminem said that his critics used to dismiss him as a rapper by calling him pop. He got really mad about that, and lashed out at all the pop stars. Britney, however, has always shown love to Eminem, when Eminem kept dissing her she called him a genius artist and recently said that she was blown away by Eminem's Super Bowl performance, she believes he should have been given way more time to perform during the show.
