I was inches away from preordering the base OP9 as I hesitated on the Pro preorder...

Then I checked on the EE website on their contract offers, and they have some ridiculously good deals for the Oppo Find X3 Pro. Ended up upgrading my contract and paying about the same amount as the OP9 (base) extra for the Find X3 Pro, and I am so excited! It looks so much more of a phone than the OnePlus 9/9 Pro from a UI standpoint.

What is the status of heating issue of 888 processors? Is it a hardware or software issue? Should we avoid 888 processors for the heating issue?

Waiting for my oppo X3 pro from EE, with free watch, wireless charger and case, I think that's why the phone is priced at £1099, as the extras aren't really free. But I was due an upgrade, so I thought why the hell not.

Was planning on getting the Oneplus 9 pro, but atm the oppo is on discount for only a bit more then the oneplus. Should i go for the oppo? Is the camera on the oppo still better even after teh updates on the oneplus? Also saw that the IP68 rating is more correct for the oppo then the oneplus, is this correct? cheers

So i read about many people having overheating issues on the camera app of the oneplus 9 pro. Even shutting the phone down. Could you film for like 10 minutes and tell me the result?

With all the gripes about the camera results I'd just suggest getting the GCam ports for both phones. Im sure the SD888 can handle image processing like a breeze.
