I've used a USB multimeter on my 15PM a few times and it pulls 27 watts peak, apparently normal wired charging is still 27W but can boost to 40 if needed while gaming. so it has a higher peak but doesn't use it for the normal charge curve.

Looking to upgrade from my 14 pro max, the battery degraded very quickly now sitting at 84% health after 2 years. This phone also uses the lightning port and lacks Apple Intelligence.
