Boxing for Parkinson’s! Join us at 10:15 AM Pacific Time and learn the great sport of boxing and fight back the symptoms with this PD specific boxing class. The class includes 6 rounds of boxing moves, punches and footwork designed to keep you athletic and strong. You’ll enjoy the conditioning segment after the 6 rounds which is a boxer’s workout modified to kick Parkinson’s butt!
