When first appointed, I watched the speaker slump in his chair, curled way over, gooing at Harper like a love struck puppy. I think this is all he has ever done. The "house" is a huge mess.

Andrew is in my district. He has always been useless. Not once has he asked us how WE want HIM to vote on issues. Not once has he done a damn thing that helps us. He has however, voted on issues that harm us. He has told us to screw ourselves if we disagree with him. He is not a good person and we NEED him out!

If we as citizens can see the problems... why cant the ones we elect as our leaders... the ones who are given the task of leading us... This is the disconnect we face when we have ignorant voters. People who dont care enough to actually learn whats good for others instead of whats good for themselves or better yet vote on religious belief. We are a country that others used to look up too but our actions along with the governments ability to do as they please (since we let them) has made us all look foolish. Then we have Harper whos idol is Dubyah Bush and is considered a joke to world leaders, has always been pushing to Americanize Canada, even though he has succeeded in many ways, ended up selling us out to China. Our democracy has been sold so in the end.. I guess Harper achieved his goal....

Speaker of the house-Say WHAT? Puppet of the cons has come to mind, on many, many occasions!!! (IMO)...Keep on telling it like it is Rick.

As a person who supports the Westminster parliament system, the speaker shouldnt be allowed to be a leader of a party, Scheer being the Conservative leader is a slap in the face to former Speakers of the British and Canadian parliament like Betty Boothroyd, John Bercow and Peter Milliken, except he is acting like a rundown idiot version of Brownyn Bishop or Harry Jenkins of the Australian parliament where the speaker uses their position to punish the opposition
