Lovely tutorial, as always, Emma! I recently started experimenting with a large set of medium quality wc pencils I purchased several months ago, mostly for multimedia abstract projects. I’m having a blast working with them in layers, over a wc background done with brushes. The texture, and additional layers from the pencils used many different ways, boost the pieces to a whole new level! Thank you for yet another wonderful video tutorial and continued inspiration! I see an apple in my future🌻 ;)

Lovely tutorial I love this! I love watercolour pencils they are my absolute favourite medium to use. It has the best of both worlds, coloured pencils and watercolour in one 😍I also love Derwent Inkense as well they have similar properties to watercolour except they are made of ink instead XD (idk if they count but they are similar to watercolour) This apple is lovely thank you for sharing your techniques! I can't wait to try this out! 😍

I really like your videos. I just found you a couple of weeks ago and I tried your gradient sky from your beginner landscape tutorial and I failed miserably!!😅 I can't afford arches paper yet but the one I have is meeden and I watch another lady who uses it all the time and her work comes out great so I thought I could try it too. But I still can't get my paper to stay wet long enough to blend and it warps when I add more water. I suppose I just have to keep practicing and see how it goes. I will stick to easier paintings and practice strokes from now on till I finally have enough experience to make something acceptable!😊
