I’m so excited to share with you that I will be making my portfolio website with Astro, a new framework for building fast and modern websites. Astro lets you use your favourite JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.) and also supports static HTML and Markdown. Astro renders your pages to static HTML at build time, which means your website is super-fast and SEO-friendly. You can also add dynamic features with components and use any npm package you want. Astro is easy to learn and fun to use, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to create a stunning website.
