Watching this on day 3 of my 3 day fast. I am so grateful to God for leading me through it. No food and no water🙏🏾 I couldnt have done this by my own strength. “ Not by might, not by power but by my Spirit says the Lord” Prior to this I would have ended the fast once I see / smell food. I even managed to cook for my family without tasting food / breaking fast / not even water🙏🏾

7 days is hardcore. Did you have ‘experience’ with fasting 3 or 5 days before this or you went straight to 7 days?
