I feel like cleanses or resets... whatever you want to call them are really toxic. Also the promotion of vitamins which you do a lot on this channel.

It also seems like you view things very black and white. You can eat healthy but also enjoy sweet food or "junk" food. It is all in moderation. Being so strict on yourself especially with food can be really harmful. I have also noticed this all or non mentality when you are doing new routines or planning. You felt pressured to post after bringing Bryson home and decided to take a break but then started posting right away, it's very wishy washy. You place these strict deadlines and expectations on yourself and then get upset by feeling pressured. You do not need to be perfect or confirm to what the "world" wants you to be. Be you and be kind to yourself. Think about how to meet things in the middle instead of going to such extremes.

I was so happy to see the ending. Good for you for listening to your body. My son just self weaned himself at 2 years and 3 months and breastfeeding really taught me so much about listening to my body and what it needed and never depriving it. Just postpartum in general- your body and soul just need different things than before you were a mama and it’s important to be aware. ❤

Even though I know that hair loss is a post pregnancy thing, I think it could be a good idea to ask for a vitamin/mineral panel from your doctor. A lot of doctors don’t really order them routinely. With your height, breast feeding and working out as well as having an ED past it can be very easy to not realize that you might not be getting enough calories. All your nutrients/calories are going to go to baby first. Maintaining your hair is your body’s last priority which is why you might be seeing that loss. Take care of yourself :)

if youre feeling lethargic, it might be worth eating more in addition to eating better quality foods (whole foods, high protein, limit highly processed foods). Not a doctor but you are breast feeding and a new mom, so you are likely burning a lot more calories than usual. if you don't fuel properly, you will feel it, especially when working out.

Not trying to be an alarmist, but this cleanse sounds very dangerous. After looking through the site, this is not enough calories for even a toddler! Glad to hear you quit after one day. You can always add the "elixirs" into your diet, vs using them to supplement whole foods. The pictures on the website also make it seem like you're supposed to be eating regular meals during it? Overly expensive deprivation diets should all go away haha

You did great. If you didn't feel good with the cleanse then you didn't need it. The first time I did long fasting it felt so great and the tiredness went away. So I want to do it again but I know I can't do it while I'm breastfeeding because I'm still very hungry everyday all day. I'm doing a no-sugar intake for some days but not putting a date on it is making it easier this time around. All the days I go without eating chocolate count for my detox even if I skip a day <3 I'm feeling energétic and I can do it tomorrow so I will continue until I feel bad or sad or really need a bit then I'll just have a little cube :*
