I love how this creepypasta is oddly fitting for the TMC universe. Awkward slideshows with childlike music (very Stanley, very 6), basements, the random "God loves you!", the very notion that watching something can curse you. This could easily exist in canon.

I love how the hand at the end just like looks slapped on there, it's sorta disconnected to what Smile Dog is about while still an big detail of the image and all but it does make me chuckle instead of feel scared thinking about you just sorta editing the hand onto the rest of the image as like the last little detail to add.

I love these mini old creepy pasta remakes. I used to love these as a kid and seeing someone modernize them is really great. Makes me really happy to be around when the internet was still a bunch of teens posting dumb short stories (Even if some of them were good like Anansis Goatman, Psychosis, The Rake, etc.)

I really like the quick shot at 0:33. It's the kind of window you see really commonly, but when you think about the one in the Smile Dog photo it becomes a lot creepier in the same kind of subdued, unnerving way that the whole video is. Imagine walking past a window like that on your daily commute, not knowing that someone's trapped down there, alone in the dark with thatever that thing is
Edit: Also compared to the original picture the window is so much smaller and higher up and that makes it way more claustrophobic
