Flying RC is not like driving a car. I always tell anyone interested in learning how to fly to buy a good simulator. It comes with a transmitter box that connects to a computer. You can practice until you become proficient. We have had many people come to our field and NEVER crash. It is the best way to learn.

I had a skylane that was exactly like this. It took a nose dive on me and broke the front gear and firewall. Ended up trashing it since I couldn't find parts.
