Sean from PSI dropped off his G80 M3 for me to polish and coat so I asked if I could take it for a quick rip to see how it feels. Aside from the unique, pig-nose front end, the car offers a pretty wonderful driving experience. Only time will tell if there will be a G80 in the OG stable one day...

Just picked up an M2 Competition with a manual. It’s my ideal setup as someone who has always lusted after an M3 in the past. I’m just going to do an equal length mid-pipe exhaust to fix the sound and then it’s perfect in my opinion. Once I track/auto cross more I will probably do front camber plates, KW HAS, and tension strut ball kit.

ordered his G80 three days ago. I can almost bet he is going to get one. The only thing saving him was that e46.

Honestly in black the front end blends enough to where it wouldn’t bother me. Plus from your opinion the driving perspective and interior seem pretty spot on

I think it’s time to supercharge the E92 and scratch that horsepower itch. It’s fully reversible if you decide you want to go back to NA. I haven’t gone back in over 5 years though. This is the way.

That sentence at 18:05 is exactly why these new turbo rwd front engine cars don't appeal to me. You have all this hp and torque but you can't use full throttle in these cars until you are in 3rd gear or over 60mph. So on tight backroads you can never use full throttle, either it will spin the tires or traction control will cut power. But in a e92 m3, because of the lower torque, you can use way more full throttle while driving on the street. On the track when the tires are hot and you have more 3rd or higher gear corners its less of an issue, but for street driving the na cars are way more fun to me.

I think the M2 CS is the real M3 successor. The new M3 is so big, it really is true M5 size.

The chassis is the key for me, the way it sits on the road and handles is solid. Not to mention it’s a beast, it should be noted the manual is less power than the auto and as for the body styling it’s aggressive and suits the overall beast of a car.

This is actually the first video of the new M3 I've watched. Like how you compare the various models of m3 to the new one w first hand knowledge! Sound wasn't bad w new setup in my opinion. And the GT350 comment is spot on. I've owned a '17 and just sold my '19 and the brakes will rip your face off if you stand on them. Lol

Good to see this love your detailing. Drove one today, amazing car, the bucket seats suck if you're bigger and also for getting in and out of the car/general comfort. Front grill looks great 🍻

Got this spec on order IOMG with Kyalami buckets but in the comp model. I like the grilles, always have since release. I think in person it works much better than photos. No mistaking it for a regular 3 series.
