1. Please ensure electronics don't have any glitches
2. Please avoid white seats to avoid pain to your customers. These don't work in Indian conditions and you're smart enough to understand that

I have said this before and I will say it again - Mr Velu is an asset for Mahindra, Tamilnadu & Indian Union.

I don't think any other manufacturer is able to communicate in such details to the consumer directly as Mr Velu is able to do & this is earning enormous trust for Mahindra.

All of a sudden, in the last 3-4 years, Mahindra seems to meet and beat expectations - not on the gimmicky side of features - but purely on engineering, safety thought and other equipment. Design is subjective, so we can skip that. Mahindra is coming out as a strong engineering oriented OEM & that builds confidence in that brand. Most of it is done by the communication acumen of Mr Velu.

I'm sure other brands are no slouches either but their capabilities are not getting communicated as effectively as Mahindra is able to do now.
