24/3/22 did the plank - drop knee - cobra pose - mountain pose series @20.15 to @ 20.45 this morning 5 times before I left for work. Warm regards Yograja and you yes you practising this routine 😊😊😊

I can't find head balance in even the first pose you showed - the knees on the elbows. I fall down backside. What should I do?

you should name your channel flexiRaja & not yograja because what you teach is NOT yoga at all, you are misguiding people, please dont do that, what you practice is just flexibility. Yoga is lot more than flexibility. you are more than awesome with flexibility but sorry dnt call it yoga. just picking up your favourite poses and exercising your flexibility on it isnt yoga, if yoga was all about flexibility then contortionists would have been the best yogi's. All your videos is just about backbends and flexibility.
Also there is no term called balance yoga, power yoga, yoga flow etc, these are all false systems dervied from the traditional yoga systems. there are traditional methods one must follow to really call themselves yoga students, to name a few there is yoga. 10 years back my teacher had told me: even if a very stiff student is practising for the first time but follows a proper traditional method, proper breathing technique, proper bandhas(locks) along with proper alignment then we say that the student is doing yoga, on the other hand if a very flexible student is just bending his body and not following all the methods then he isnt doing yoga and wont reap the benefits of yoga. In yoga one must also balance all your backbends with the forward bends, there is a lot lot lot in yoga and one can only know what yoga is when a proper traditional method is followed. Do not use the word YOGA in your videos/talks and dont disprespect Yoga please.
