A woman (buyer) got nasty with the seller at an estate sale because she wouldn't give her half off clothing first day (from $2 to $1) and walked out empty-handed. Same seller gave me a free purse 30 minutes later because I wasn't nasty, just on the fence over the $5 item. Attitude matters.

It’s so sad watching so many strangers rush into a person’s home that has passed away and offer to buy their final possessions for pennies on the dollar. I know it has to happen but it just feels so strange to watch.
