We are from Washington state and every year we go traveling in our motor home with our small kiddos for at least a month or two, and oh my it feels so amazing to come home, and we just learned to love everything about this state. We used to hate it because it’s rainy and we barely get any warm summer, but after visiting some of the hot states like Texas and South Carolina, we are so glad to live in Washington and enjoy the normal cool weather lol

I found out last year that I was diabetic so I had to learn macros as well. I agree, for myself it takes time after about 6 months of routine and keeping notes. I definitely became more confident in making a variety of meals and snacks.
