Two changes to the UK car driving test #shorts

The DVSA are proposing some changes to the car driving test in the UK for summer 2023.
The main changes are:
1. Extending the cancellation period for the driving test from 3 days to 10 days. If you cancel your driving test less than these days you will lose your driving test fee.
2. Extending the period from 10 days to 28 days from failing a driving test to retaking your next driving test. Giving you more time to prepare for your next driving test and hopefully passing the next driving test.

Sounds like bad news for the learners….and I don’t think the queue for tests is going away any time soon

Good old dvsa, so basically, someone who decides they are not ready, but have missed the cut off (say 9 days), will just take the test anyway, as they can't get money back... For crying out loud.
