Sir please get your fact right. Don’t get it why you said China doesn’t allow people from Wuhan go to big cities in China but other countries in the world. The Wuhan city lockdown happened on Jan 23rd. From that point nobody can get out the city and go to other cities, including Beijing as you mentioned, AND foreign countries.

After waiting 40 minutes, the National Guard went around the gathered Press and started to arrest some of them whilst the President was talking. No need for 'nasty' questions afterwards therefore! The cameraman at the end making sure that the reduced audience could not be seen.
