So this openAI chat bot is rumoured to be pretty good, but can it teach me how to play runescape?

Honestly pretty impressive for AI. It has to make sense of a whole bunch of information without using human logic. It used to be that you could only ask yes/no questions. most of the time you'd get a nonsense answer where it became clear it didn't even understand the question.

I have 2 video ideas that are fully reliant on your personal opinion:
1) Things that RS3 does right as MMO.
Example: no class system - you can freely use all combat styles on 1 character, whereas most other RPG force you to choose 1.

2) Items/content that need an update.
Example: They could expand on the thrown weapons by adding missing tiers. Or small stuff to remove annoying things like making nightshade tradeable (and worthwhile to grow from seeds), would make poison less painful to brew.

Someone should make a youtube series "Runescape but the AI tells me how to play" basically you ask about a skill you want to train or a boss you want to kill and the Ai decides how you go about it. The results would be unique and hilarious XD

This AI model was trained on information up until some time in 2021. It's going off of information that was likely scraped from the wiki back then. Ask it about the wildy xD
