Invece che usare la doccia, ok la brocca come una volta e basta sollevare i capelli con la mano e con l'altra si versa l'acqua calda.X lo shampoo ok giocare con i capelli si la cresta prima del risciacquo.Ok se è seduta con la schiena nella sedia e poi chiude gli occhi.😊😊😊😊😊😊
