Assel I’m currently going into my junior year of college and I can genuinely say you have been a HUGE part in getting me to be consistent with my eating habits. I’ve been eating clean all year now and I’m the leanest I’ve EVER BEEN! My abs are looking great! I can’t thank you enough for your videos man. You truly are AMAZING

I used to eat 6 eggs. Then i thought that was too much. I switched to. 3 eggs
With egg whites. I do oatmeal once a week because it’s high in carbs. I usually do whole wheat bread with blueberries Jam. I lift around 5 to 6 day’s. I want that lean look. Thank you 🙏 for sharing what you eat .I usually do my first meal at 11. 12.

Ive been mixing the cottage cheese with my eggs for omlette and adding tuna and mushrooms or red pepper. It really helped me increase my protien and helped me avoid bread for lunch.
