Ai is killing me. Majority of me is just in Awe, but there's a part of me that wishes this never existed. The amount of work I've done to build businesses that is just wiped away with this technology. It's fantastic, but it sucks that it's taking the thinking out of it. The uses of this technology will change the world for the better, but could leave the humans who grow up with it incapable without it. It's gonna be interesting to see how this effects the world over a long period of time. I'm of a split mind on chat GPT. I can imagine this will be incredibly useful, perhaps even more so than google, but a chat that literally writes books, and can do so many other things for humans??
I hope Humanity will not lose its way. I hope that we won't let AI usurp us. I'm not talking about usurpation on a SciFi level, with AIs taking over our physical weapons and things like that, but on an intellectual level; a future filled with incompetent humans, reliant on Chat GPT and other similar bots to do everything for them.
