Very nice.
Perhaps you could attach a few cabinet magnets to the inside of the box; so it would pull the vent down tight?

I haven't read all of the comments so maybe someone else has already mentioned it. But I would say you should try to put it as close to the wall edge as possible compared to where a normal heating vent would be. Sure maybe most people wouldn't realize it, but if they are someone who is in the trades like HVAC (me), construction, electrician, plumbing, they might notice it quickly that most air supply vents aren't this far away from the wall. But otherwise, this is a GREAT idea!

Great idea if you live alone or plan on NEVER having any kids in the house. That would scare me to death. What ever happened to firearm and ammo in 2 separate places, both locked?

I have kids in my home so I am going to have to say that this would not be a good idea for me. Still, a good video since it gets you thinking.
